Energy Assessors Kent pride ourselves
in delivering quality Domestic Energy Assessments for our clients in a
professional, proficient and polite manner. We are mindful when conducting an
assessment – often representing either a Local Solicitor or an Estate Agent,
as a third party - that this representation needs to reflect equally
positively on your business, as it does ours. We aim to return the lodged completed EPC to
our clients within 48 hours of carrying it out. Further, we go the extra mile
with the customer, explaining the basic detail and concepts of the EPC,
including the timelines of the appointment and ensuring should they have any
queries upon receipt of the EPC, that they can contact us directly to explain
their ratings and technical data findings. In addition, as property owners ourselves, we
are very respectful of what can be a quite intrusive process for the
Homeowner – in order to produce an accurate EPC our Assessors need to access
and spend time in each and every room collecting the required data. All DEA’s
are fully insured with Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance
and are part of a Government Licensed Accreditation Scheme. The area coverage we offer with assessors
based in Orpington, Sevenoaks, West Malling and Tunbridge Wells is an extensive portion of Kent
and enters into East Sussex from our Tunbridge Wells DEA. (As an approximate
guide, coverage is within a 25 mile radius from the Towns above). |
